Shabda's silver and gemstone jewelry is hand-made in the Kathmandu Valley according to Fair Trade principles of a safe environment and a living wage. Our silversmiths are provided with modern tools and training, and have a saving plan, sick and vacation leave, and are in some cases provided food and housing. Many of our earrings and pendants are traditional designs.
